McGuire Therapeutic Services is a CARF-accredited outpatient mental health clinic. Our team of 20, including licensed counselors, social workers, psychiatric nurse practitioners and clinical interns, works together across our Lanham and Wheaton offices.
That means therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management and community-based support can all be coordinated in one place, with a team that knows your plan.

What’s the difference between your outpatient clinic, PRP and Mobile Treatment?
Our outpatient mental health clinic provides therapy, psychiatric assessment and medication management at our offices or by telehealth. Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PRP) builds everyday living skills in the home and community for people already in treatment. Mobile Treatment is the most intensive option: a multidisciplinary team brings care to people who can’t use traditional outpatient services.
How quickly can I get an appointment?

Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. Telehealth sessions take place over secure live video from a computer or smartphone, anywhere in Maryland. Many clients mix in-person visits at our Lanham or Wheaton office with online sessions when life gets busy.
Is there a therapist who speaks Spanish?

Can I see a Christian counselor?
